φ110-315mm ABC 3-Layers HDPE Water/Oil/Gas Delivery Pipe Making Machine

This ABC three-layer co-extrusion HDPE pipe extrusion line is engineered to produce pressure pipes in OD 110mm–315mm, specially for water supply, oil and gas transmission projects. Adopting independent ABC three-layer structure design, the line allows separate formulation for inner, core and outer layers. It precisely controls layer thickness ratio to balance mechanical strength, chemical resistance, UV protection and raw material cost. The finished pipes comply with international standards for HDPE pressure piping, featuring smooth inner surface, stable wall distribution, outstanding creep resistance and long service life.

The complete set consists of three matched single-screw extruders, ABC composite co-extrusion die head, vacuum calibration tank, cooling section, haul-off unit, planetary cutter and PLC central control system. With gravimetric feeding and synchronized speed control, it runs continuously and stably for mass production. Suitable for PE100 and other HDPE grades, this line is an ideal solution for manufacturers supplying municipal water, natural gas and industrial oil conveyance pipelines.

HSE-75/38 “Higher Efficiency” Single Screw Extruder

HSJ-90mm Single Screw Extruder This Extruder is designed specially for processing PP/HDPE Granules, either Virgin Granules or recycled scraps. The Extruder installed with 110kw driving motor , according to the different pipe size, or thickness. Our SCREW is specially designed according to Chemical Characteristic of the granules. It has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.

MOULD SIZE: φ110-315mm A+B+C 3-Layers HDPE Pipe Moulds

φ110mm, 125mm, 150mm, 175mm, 200mm, 225mm, 250mm, 275mm, 315mm, totally 11 sizes.

The mounted mould on this line is 110-315mm, full set of mould will include every detailed sized mandrel and sizing sleeve, for different DN/PN/SDR level pipe production. The moulds size, and pipe thickness are customized as per customer requirement.
