This 20-110mm HDPE Pipe Making Machine is a higher speed machine, which size 20/25mm pipe can run upto 20~25m/min. The Main Extruder is installed with 55kw /75kw driving motor, to make sure the output at about 180-250kg/hr. Screw and barrel will use 60/38 higher efficiency design, which has a long LD ratio.

This Pipe coiler is mainly used for pipe φ16-50mm into rolls, it can set 50m/ 100m/ 150m per rolls as your preference. A two disk Pipe colier can let it has a spare use, and for replacing the rolls, when one is done, without stop the machine.
