Product Description
The PU pipe production line is an automated complete set of equipment used for the continuous production of polyurethane (PU) pipes, with the extruder model being HSJ-65. The production line features a high degree of automation, fast molding speed, and high product precision. By changing molds and adjusting process parameters, it can produce PU pipes of different diameters and wall thicknesses.
1.Raw Material Processing Unit: Includes a dryer (to remove moisture from PU particles and prevent product defects) and a feeding device (for precise and stable feeding of material to the extruder).
2.Extrusion Molding Unit: The core is a single/twin-screw extruder, which heats, melts, and plasticizes the PU raw material, extruding it through a die to form a tubular blank.
3.Cooling and Shaping Unit: The high-temperature tube blank is processed in a cooling water tank or vacuum shaping box for rapid shaping, ensuring accuracy of pipe diameter and wall thickness.
4.Traction and Cutting Unit: A traction machine pulls the pipe at a constant speed to maintain continuous production, and a cutting machine cuts the pipe to the preset length.
5.Winding/Stacking Unit: Flexible hoses are wound and organized, while rigid or large-diameter pipes are directly stacked.
