HSJZ-65/132 PVC Soffit Wall Panel Making Machine-SINO-HOLYSON

This PVC Soffit Wall Panel extrusion plant is mainly designed for outdoor used PVC wall panel, for house construction, roof construction. This panels are mainly used in out-door, it has a longer service time. The production line will include 65/132 conical twin screw extruder, installed driving motor 37kw, output range 100-150kg/hr. Followed after the extruder, there install with T-Die making the PVC Sheet. The film work will be done by two steel-rollers. Cooling Platform use 4 meter, we will install different designed vacuum moulds for different samples shaping work. Then it will be Double Caterpillar Traction machine, auto-cutting machine, panel stacker. This is the main component of a Soffit Wall Panel Making Machine.
