This HDPE PIPE making machine is mainly designed for manufacturing HDPE/PP Pipes, which mainly used in irrigation, water supply; MPP Pipes, which mainly uses in electric cable. The extruder can process PP/HDPE granules(Both virgin and Recycled, even with chalk-filled composite). This Line is a HIGHER SPEED Design, output can reach like 300-500kg/hr.

HSJ-90/38 “Higher Efficiency” Single Screw Extruder

HSJ-90mm Single Screw Extruder This Extruder is designed specially for processing PP/HDPE Granules, either Virgin Granules or recycled scraps. The Extruder installed with 110kw driving motor , according to the different pipe size, or thickness. Our SCREW is specially designed according to Chemical Characteristic of the granules. It has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.

The mounted mould on this line is 110-315mm, full set of mould will include every detailed sized mandrel and sizing sleeve, for different DN/PN/SDR level pipe production. The moulds size, and pipe thickness are customized as per customer requirement.
