This HDPE PIPE making machine is mainly designed for manufacturing HDPE/PP Pipes, which mainly used in irrigation, water supply; MPP Pipes, which mainly uses in electric cable. The extruder can process PP/HDPE granules(Both virgin and Recycled, even with chalk-filled composite). This Line is a HIGHER SPEED Design, output can reach like 400-600kg/hr.

HSJ-75/38 “Higher Efficiency” Single Screw Extruder
HSJ-75mm Single Screw Extruder This Extruder is designed specially for processing PP/HDPE Granules, either Virgin Granules or recycled scraps. The Extruder installed with 90kw driving motor , according to the different pipe size, or thickness. Our SCREW is specially designed according to Chemical Characteristic of the granules. It has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.
This Extruder is designed specially for processing PP/HDPE Granules, either Virgin Granules or recycled scraps. The Extruder is installed with 110kw driving motor, based on different pipe size, and thickness. Our Screw is specially deep grooved design as per HDPE-100 chemical characteristics. It has the advantages of higher tenacity, higher impact, and good bending performance, higher temperature resistance. etc.

φ75mm, 90mm, 110mm, 125mm, 140mm, 160mm, 175mm, 200mm, 225mm, 250mm. totally 9 sizes.
The mounted mould on this line is 75-250mm, full set of mould will include every detailed sized mandrel and sizing sleeve, for different DN/PN/SDR level pipe production. The moulds size, and pipe thickness are customized as per customer requirement.
Vacuum Cooling Water Tank
A Two-Section Design Vacuum Cooling Water Tank is quite necessary for higher speed guarantee. Length: 9000m， which is two section design, 3m + 6m long.
